Q. How do I make my appointment?

A. Please have you primary care physician call 603-433-5300 to schedule your appointment. We will receive your health and insurance information from their office.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are in the Medical Office Building attached to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The entrance to the Medical Office Building is just to the right of the hospital's main entrance. Atlantic Cardiology is located on the fourth floor.

Q. How can I prepare for my appointment?

A. If a health insurance referral is required, please have the referral sent to the office two days prior to the appointment.

Have any medical records that may be relevant to your visit sent in advance.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any paperwork, and have your insurance cards available for the receptionist.

Bring all medications that you are currently taking.

Q. What do I wear for my stress test?

A. You will need to wear comfortable clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

The phones are always manned day and night either by the office or the answering service. If there is an emergency, call (603) 433-5300 and the doctor who is on call will be notified. Your call will be returned promptly
